Ryan suggested that an undefined tipping point might be a good reason to reconsistute the public campaign draft. Ryan defined draft as a state during which any acquired memberships must be reconfirmed once the campaign graduates to “live.”
Let’s consider the elements of a campaign, why the author might want to edit them, and whether the campaign members will care:

The take away is, the tipping point is probably the single element that users could edit without member approval, even if they trusted the edits to be credible.
